The fine print · clear before you confirm
Terms & Conditions.
A plain-language summary of the terms that govern this website and each Tripaway Journey booking. Your written quote and supplier conditions remain part of the final agreement.
By using this website or requesting a travel service, you agree to provide accurate information and to review the final itinerary, traveller names, dates, inclusions, exclusions and supplier conditions before payment.
Destination descriptions and starting prices are general planning information. Availability, airfare, exchange rates, taxes, visa rules, weather and supplier policies can change without notice. A booking exists only after the travel desk issues written confirmation.
The website content and design may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Links to airlines, hotels, payment providers or other third parties are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to services supplied from Noida are subject to the appropriate courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
Booking and payment
Pay only after receiving a written quotation or invoice that identifies the service, amount, due date and cancellation conditions. Use the verified account or payment link shared by the travel desk and send the receipt through the same confirmed contact channel.
Flights, visas, hotels and activities may have separate issue deadlines. A price can change until the relevant supplier accepts payment and confirms the service. Card or gateway charges, TCS and foreign-exchange differences are shown where applicable.
Never transfer money to a newly supplied personal account without independently reconfirming it on the published phone number. The website does not store card or UPI credentials.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility follows the cancellation terms of the airline, hotel, tour, transfer or activity selected at booking. Some promotional fares and services are non-refundable; others permit changes or cancellation with a fee.
To request a change or cancellation, contact the travel desk with the booking reference. Where a supplier approves a refund, it is returned to the original payment method after the supplier releases the funds. The source policy indicates six to eight business days after approval, but banks and suppliers may require additional time.
A full refund is due when the travel desk cannot provide a paid service and no accepted alternative is supplied, subject to any amount already irreversibly paid to a third-party supplier under the disclosed booking terms.
Privacy
We may collect your name, contact details, destination preferences, budget and traveller information needed to prepare a quote or fulfil a booking. Passport or identity documents are requested only when required for the selected travel service.
Information may be shared with airlines, hotels, insurers, visa processors, transport operators and payment providers only as needed to quote or deliver the journey. We do not sell personal information. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to prevent unauthorised access.
You may ask to correct inaccurate information or opt out of promotional communication by emailing the published address. Certain booking records must be retained where tax, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations apply.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential browser storage for theme, accessibility and webmaster-session preferences, along with privacy-conscious traffic measurement. Third-party maps, video or social links may set their own cookies after you interact with them.
You can limit cookies in your browser. Disabling non-essential storage should not prevent you from reading the public site or contacting the travel desk.
Travel responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, insurance choices and arriving on time with the documents specified by the relevant authority. Visa approval is never guaranteed by a travel agent.
Events outside reasonable control—including weather, strikes, border restrictions and supplier failure—may require route changes. The travel desk will assist with available alternatives, while financial responsibility follows the confirmed supplier terms and applicable law.
